1) How do you feel about people who commit suicide? Such as, do you feel that they are too lazy to deal with life, have depression, do you feel sorry for them, etc.?
Yes. And no. It depends on the situation. If someone kills him or herself because his/her significant other cheated on them, well, then, that's just dumb. Suicide as a way to say "fuck you?" Please. Life's too short to be that narrow-minded. People who are selfish and clearly unable to focus on anything except themselves, ever, miss out on the endless opportunities and roads all around them. I feel only scorn and pity for these kind of people. I don't waste much time thinking about them.
It's normal to be depressed sometimes, but there's no reason to be depressed all the time. You have to make the effort to bring yourself up every now and then. Being down is easy. Being up takes work. One foot in front of the other, working against the incline, fighting the natural forces that insist you lie down and sleep. You don't want to do it, or you say you can't? Well, then, fine--just don't expect people to pity you for long. Your attitude gets old. Fast. Snap out of it. Smile. Be happy and grateful for something, anything. Beautiful weather, ice cream, trees, kung-fu movies, whatever. There are lots of things to enjoy. Break beyond the boundaries of your seemingly pitiful existence and you'll find a plethora of things that make life worthwhile.
On the other hand, let's say there's an 85-year-old woman. Maybe she has a terminal disease, maybe not. She's lived a wonderful life. Her two children are dead. Her husband died a few years ago. She has to depend on someone to change her bedpans and spoon pureed food into her mouth every day. The highlight of her life is when the janitor comes by to sweep her floors: he's the only one who doesn't look at her with pity or nonchalance. You know what? She doesn't really feel like being alive anymore. If she wants to commit suicide, I won't think she's dumb for doing so. Ditto for people who are completely paralyzed and can't do anything for themselves. If they somehow make life worth living, then all the freaking goshdarned power to them. Endless applause and admiration abounds! But if they want assisted suicide, I can't blame them. Can you?
Whatever the situation and despite whether or not I think it's a smart or dumb move, I think every human being has the right to commit suicide. What's more yours than your own body?
2) What do you think people say about you behind your back?
Probably the same things I say behind theirs. Whatever. It's human nature to talk about people. I'm cool with it. Go ahead, talk about me. I just don't want to know about it. Unless it's something I should know. If I'm doing something completely inappropriate and am oblivious about my behavior, it's probably more beneficial for you to discuss it with me than to bitch about it with other people. Who knows, maybe I'll change :)
3) If you could own and operate any major business, what would it be?
Unlimited resources? A movie studio. A decent amount of resources? A restaurant or a dog-grooming salon.
4) Are you/would you be embarrassed to talk to your friends or family about sex?
No.
5) In some cultures, young women are married and begin families as soon as they start a menstrual cycle. Do you believe this is right or wrong? Why?
Those practices, attitudes, and beliefs are different from ours, but that doesn't make them "wrong." Different cultures have different social norms. In some cultures, the social norm happens to be getting married at puberty.
It wasn't too long ago that it was considered normal in our culture for people get married at thirteen, you know.
A lot of cultures think our culture is filled with absolutely fucking insane norms. We disagree because we were raised on those norms and we're used to them. They feel norm-al.
