Fun Week...
It has been awhile since I have updated and a lot has happened since Monday, the last time I wrote. Tuesday was a kinda boring and uneventful day consisting of reading Sense and Sensibility and going to skating practice until...movie night with Gabe :), which was really fun. I suppose that you could say it was "MUY BIEN"(HAHA I love stealing you guy's "secret words")! We watched American Pie and The House on Haunted Hill. Wednesday night, I went over to Grace's house to hang out with Grace, Kevin, Sarah, and Emily. We had fun eating lasagna, dancing around in the rain, watching the ducks(which actually turned out to be geese), watching video essays, and having very interesting and entertaining conversations. Highlights of the evening were: 1)Emily making up a duck call and actually thinking it was working until we all realized that they were geese. 2)Emily flinging lasagna all over herself while talking about a piece of art that she is very passionate about. 3)Sarah asking Kevin to go get her crutches for her so that she could get up the hill. Kevin yells down the hill, "Where are they?". As Sarah describes where the crutches are she ends up walking all the way up to the house without even realizing it(NICE JOB KEVIN, way to be a gentlemen!j.k.) 4)The Jenny, you are going to be just like Mrs. Davis when you are older conversation. They told me that I needed to join the army and have reverse Michael Jackson surgery. THANKS GUYS, I feel loved. So all in all Grace's house was a blast. Thursday, I pretty much worked on my math summer assignment and went to skating practice, nothing too exciting. Friday, I pretty much hung out at home and relaxed. Saturday, I had to get up early in the morning to go to skating practice. I got home and started cleaning the house and went to the grocery store to buy more ice cream :) Around 5, Liz, Emily, and Austin all arrived at my house through the FRONT DOOR. I get a call on my cell phone around 5:15 from Gabe and Chris. Gabe starts by saying that they are "in the vicinity", I was quite puzzled. As he continued to describe the scenery, I came to the realization that it was MY backyard. I immediately went outside and there they were hanging out around the pond in my backyard. They(Austin, Chris, and Gabe) decided that they were going to turn it into a hot tub, which would be okay by me. After everyone was INSIDE we ordered Chanello's pizza after a confusing time of trying to figure out which location was closest. We played a little ddr, ate pizza and ice cream, watched Zoolander, parts of Dirty Dancing(thanks to the guys not liking it!), and part of Pearl Harbor(which we did not have time to finish). Maria and Danielle came by later in the evening. We all decided that we are going to make a mall trip on Tuesday at 3, which should be tons of fun. I have never played hide and seek in the mall before, so it should be a fun new experience. My team will obviously be victorious as it will have the best hiding spot! I got on-line after everyone left and started chatting. Well, I was laying in bed typing with my laptop and all the sudden I wake up at 7 in the morning. I could not recall ever signing off. Sorry Chris, I was not ignoring you. I accidentally fell asleep. After I got home from skating practice, I went to my grandma's house. My mom and I went to the mall later in the afternoon, and I bought two pairs of shorts and a skirt, which my Dad was flipping out about because he thinks that it is TOO short. That brings me to right now, where I am sitting updating this! I am so happy that this summer is turning out to be so great!
