Happy Turkey
We got an organic turkey from a butchers in Monifieth on my gran's recommendation. Well we always get 'happy turkeys' but she's the one that recommended the butcher. Anyway, it cost £90!!! Which is $144. The turkey was only £60 so mum figures it was the trimmings that cost the extra £20. You know like bacon wrappings and the veggies it's sitting in.
Exams & learning languages
I go back to uni on the 4th Jan and have exams... Boo! History of Japan, Cultural Studies (total BS this one!), and a continous assessment test for Japanese. Just recently found out that what uni we get to go to in Japan in 3rd year is based off our 1st year grades. Because they wouldn't get the 2nd year results in time. At first I was worried about not getting to go to a good uni. But since then my approach to learning Japanese has kind of changed. I've been reading up about language learning. And this may not come as a surprise but the best way to learn is immersion. So as long as I stay away from other English speakers and purely talk to Japanese people all the time, I'll learn better. (Learn better...? Maybe I should learn English better first!)

So can anyone tell I watched You're Beautiful recently >.> I knew I should've gone to the hairdressers when I first thought of it. Unfortunately I put it off which meant one night I just cut it myself :o I might be quite easily impressionable...
