What a difference a year makes!
I know its more than a year since I posted here, though I have been lurking. The 2nd July is the first anniversary of me meeting, in person the new man in my life. Yes, we met on the internet and had been in communication for a month or too before that, and despite that also being where I met the previous one, things are very different.
I finally sold my house in November last year freeing me from the pain of paying both a mortgage (and having a worthless ex squatting there) and the rent on a very small flat in London.
Robin and I decided to live together after five months, though to be fair for most of that period we'd been staying at one or the other's for prolonged periods anyway. That is quick by some people's standards (his, as he told me so)but it seems to be working very well. I like his family. His sister, her husband and their daughters, his parents. And he seems to like mine too though as they are three hundred miles away from London we don't see them that often.
I'm still in the same job with the same stress but happier, and a little more able to leave work at the desk (though not quite 100%).
