Ray Lamontagne- sweet (according to my friends... i was still in the airport unfortunately)
John Mayer- loud, but surprisingly impressive.
Gnarls Barkely- crass
Van Morrison- bluesy, long, wish he had stuck to the old stuff.
Rocket Summer- catchy pop rock, annoying vocals
Murder by Death- depressing, so we left.
Marah- really good performance. catchy
Centro_matic- refreshing after m.b.d.
Nada Surf- pretty good
The Shins- funny. great. made my day
Brasilian Girls- way overrated. monotonous dance music fronted by dirty, waifish girl.
Aimee Mann- nasal. still bitter about that oscar
Calexico- super! if you are even half a fan, you should see them live. they had so many people and instruments on stage, even the mexican opera dude was sweet!
The Raconteurs (jack white's new band)- they rocked hard! and did the most rad cover of bangbang i shot the gun. [jack white, is both scary and attractive, and man, he can play some geetar!]
Willie Nelson- great. funny. played lots of classics, also covered both patsy and waylon. pretty bad-arse for 73
Jack Ingram- country rock. well done
Matisyahu- fun to dance to. reggae/rap/pop rock as told by a hassidic jew. i really enjoyed his performance. want to read lyrics though.
Matt Costa- catchy, pleasant voice.
Los amigos invisibles- energetic.
the new pornographers- overrated.
