We just got a package from Germany today. No, it wasn't from you, it was
from us. It was the package of peanut butter, mac & cheese and cookies that
Mom sent on Feb. 20th. It appears not to have got to Berlin until April 20,
and since it was sent to your old appartment it was returned for not having
been picked up. There are many labels on it, including some with a New
Jersey zip code !! so it had a long and weird journey, New Jersey to
Germany (maybe France, there are some labels in french) and then back home.
The cookies, though old will be eaten tonight, in honor of you.
