Good rehearsal/workshop today. We started out with just three girls, and I was panicking and like, "Aaaa I don't know any games for so few people!" But then five more people showed up, and it turned out awesome. Emily really wants to start them on a script, so I'm looking around online for fifteen minute plays for five girls and three boys... and oh so surprisingly it's not going so well. I bet I could write one. I think Emily really wants a real script, though... We'll see.
All the actors are really good--not necessarily at acting, but at taking an instruction and running with it. Once they understand what we're talking about it, zoom, off they go. It's pretty sweet to watch.
