So when I was doing the whole wedding thing I was totally confused by all the online communities where people used the abbreviations STD and BM--turns out they meant "save the date" and "bridesmaid". But I think I'm having even more fun with the baby boards, where people use FTM to mean "first time mom". For instance, "I haven't felt my baby kick yet, maybe it's because I'm a FTM." So I'm thinking, wow, good for you being so secure in your newfound male identity that you decided to get pregnant anyway, but how would that affect feeling the baby kick? Yeah...
