I really liked this, you have a wonderful way of writing that made me feel Sam's confusion and disorientation - and his fear and sorrow at the end. Fabulous!
He wonders if Dean ever finds it exhausting to be the complete and total focus of Sam's life. What a gorgeous thought and it's so true, for Dean too!

Gorgeous. Sam's brain spinning off into weird places, circular thoughts, everything centered around Dean, Dean, and Dean.
