haha well its been over 4 months since i've updated, so might as well go for it amidst the long days of winter break...
i've gotten 3 out of my 4 grades for the semester, and basically i wanted to vomit slash kill myself. let's just say that one of my grades begins with the same letter as cunt, but with a plus. funny how i've never gotten something like that in my entire academic career since kindergarten. luckily that grade was for my grad class, which doesn't get factored into my gpa, but still it will appear on my transcript for grad school applications. how wonderful. what i thought was going to be an easy A semester turned into a disaster, but really its just because i don't give a shit anymore and almost all of my classes were bullshit requirements i had to finish before graduating.
my grad school applications are all due at the end of this month or mid-january. i'm applying to bc, bu, and northwestern for a M.A. in linguistics, p.s.
i've been dating christopher for almost 6 months and its basically been the best 6 months ever because of that (academics aside). he comes to visit january 2-8 which should be awesome.
i'm on another workout/health-kick (shocking). spring break is less than 3 months away and i need to look good if i'm in a bathing suit the whole time. grant it i'll be drunk most of the time and not caring, but during those few moments of sobriety a nice body will be essential. the plans aren't set in stone yet - we were thinking cruise, but now it might be an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. i don't really have too much of an opinion, i just want sunshine, liquor, water, and friends.
i think im getting rid of myspace. all i get is spam shit from it, and there really isn't anyone with whom my only contact is myspace. yay.
now its off to eat something, take my sister to her music lesson, pick up some blue moon, and i'm off to kasia and shoobie's
