Pre-super productive time update
You know it was a busy day if I didn't post between classes. Well...more like I was doing work for once. Last 19th Century Novel class, yay! It was boring and pointless as always, but I did manage to win a candy bar on a "quiz". And we got out super early...11:25 ish? SO it was lunch, then hunkering down in the library to read the research books that I've been putting off. Also checked out more books to look over for my essay as well. Wandered up to my Noir class. That was fun, we watched part of the first Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode. It was surprisingly good, I may need to steal the series from someone and see if the rest is as good. Yay another TV series to possibly pick up on DVD one day! But he let us out early as well, so I wandered back, did my massive pile of dishes, and then flipped through all the books I picked up. Only one had anything useful in it. Ah well, I know what I want to say, and I surprisingly found articles to back me up. Who knew that South Park would be in the online journal search?
So, did that for awhile, then Emma, Dom and I went out and saw Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I'm not sure if that ever made it to the states...it probably would have been edited...quite a bit. But is was super funny, and I actually recognized 3 of the main actors from other shows. That's pretty good for me. Definitely going to pick it up when it comes out.. And now we're back, and I have to write my essay for tomorrow. Fun fun.
