home for now
I just got back yesterday from camping. I haven't been in a long time and, aside from the other annoying campers and humidity we had fun. We went with Ted's friends John and Ryan and there wives Megan and Heidi and their kids Caleb (7) and Addison (8mo). Ted and I got to go out on our canoe for the first time and I told Ted it needed a name so he called it the S.S. True Love, after the boat in 'The Philadelphia Story' one of his favorite old movies. I forgot how uncomfortable sleeping on the ground was and, needless to say, I didn't sleep much. I did, however, sleep like a rock last night! I am not looking forward to going back to work- I am looking forward to teaching my class and drama club, but I am loving this sense of freedom I have been enjoying. I know I would get bored with out any occupation, but I would still like the summer to last a little longer. I am looking forward to seeing my kids again, and Little Women should be fun :).
