I read in a book (and I don't know if this is true) that the female porn stars often have real orgasms, but the male porn stars fake it. This is of course the opposite of what I assumed to be the case. Although I think its a plus to believe the female porn stars arent faking it (well, obviously they are faking it some, cause most of them are over the top noisy, but I mean faking the orgasm part).
The book indicated that in many cases they use stand ins for the male come shots (I thought it was a touch of class not to spell it "cum"). So they go in for a close up at the moment of ejaculation, and that close up isnt really of the guy who was sweating on screen but is a close up of some guys whos been standing in the corner watching everything while beating off and waiting for his cue (or que? I don't know how its spelled).

I guess its also fair to say that while it might be somewhat embarrasing (in certain prudish circles) to have to admit to being a porn actor, its probably worse to have to explain to people that you are the come shot double.
