saving yourself from drowning...
in and out went the week. the damage that had been done was, thank god, quickly repaired. so the dirt road that i thought would be better soon lead me back to the paved one i had initially strayed from. and during the drive home i breathed in my cigarette. the only worry now is to find a sweater because it is cold.
