I appologize if this si the stupidest post ever. I'm so retarded and it sounds so smart to me right now...but it'll probably look really dumb in the morning.
How does one become ones "best friend"? I hung out with danielle again tonight and we've been hanging out a lot lately and after we went out i hung out at her house and we just talked about a lot of things and now that im thinking about the nights events i realized that danielle is becoming my best friend, she's someone I talk to about everything, I can tell her personal things, i can trust her and we hang out a lot.
Then I started thinking about when I was younger...you'd be sitting there playing a game of monopoly when this little girl says "you're my best friend" and i'm like "wow! you're my best friend too" and then we giggle a lot....cause that's what girls do and you can tell people that they're your best friend and you both smile like..hells yes.
What if I were to tell someone NOW like "you're my best friend!" the person would laugh at me and say what the fuck are you on? but it was ok when I was younger? why! why is it acceptable to act retarded when you're younger?
So it's just a feeling that you both mutually have and you have an understanding that you're best friends...it's like a feeling...what if that happened with guys....what if they just had a "feeling" that someone what their girlfriend...wow...that would cause A LOT of problems.
