(no subject)
"Bushwise in Queanbeyan" was published in July. I recieved a copy at a Landcare workshop yesterday. My name is under 'affiliations' inside the front cover. That's IT. PLUS the published material contained none of the material i researched and provided. Personally i wasnt really happy with it but i got paid anyway. At least my name wasnt directly linked to the pov weeds section. This is what the Mayor said... hoo rah.

At the same workshop i was offered a job to write up a new strategy for control of Willows in the Upper Murrumbidgee Catchment Area. Seriously, there is no reason i shouldnt have a go at this job. Other than it would be alone. Like not in a team. I dont really know if the job is being advertised... but i was asked if i was interested. And its based in Canberra, and so am i. I would be working in other parts of the catchment area too which is cool . Shit, i'm nearly grown up.... what comes next??? mum reckons i move out next.
Also, i love solar eclipses! But alas! my lack of wit inhibits me from expressing it... Something very special happened today :)
