I try to edit/add to this as I think of them. If you have a very specific permission form you'd like me to fill out just let me know.
OOC
Backtagging: I backtag forever
Threadjacking/threadhopping: Go for it; I like surprises
Fourth-Walling: I'm open minded but I can't really think of any reason for this.
Topics to Avoid: None, really. I'm pretty open minded.
Randomly AIMing me: Sure, my computer says I'm online all the time, but I leave it on often when I'm away, so just be patient or at least don't be offended if I don't reply immediately. (AIM is NepenthianSin)
IC specific to Dante
Most of this is what I think in general; I'm open to discuss on a case by case basis or exceptions for plot reasons.
Hugging: Yes, but the response may or may not be favorable
Kissing: See above
Flirting: Go for it. Dante can be quite a flirt himself and may return the favor.
Dating: Obviously I'd like you to talk to me before arranging that kind of thing. However, I play Dante as bisexual leaning mostly towards straight. That basically means I'm not against a male character hitting on him and trying to date him, but just keep in mind that while he'd make moves on girls, he may not on guys (it depends) so you may have to initiate.
Fighting: That's what he was made for!
Injuring: Comes hand in hand with fighting, but let's be realistic about it regarding the abilities of characters involved. Dante is near the top (but may or may not be AT the top) of the food chain in canon abilities. He can be beat, of course, but it would be by characters who not only come from "powerful" canons but are considered among the strongest in those canons. If your character has enhanced strength or telekinesis, you can toss him around; he's not that heavy. Just be aware that just because you've launched him somewhere doesn't mean you've hurt him. He'll just as likely land on his feet or shrug it off. I will try to decide fairly on this and am open to disputes if you'd like to argue your case :P.
Killing: Mmm, yea not likely. Dante can survive some pretty messed up things, and he can survive you, even if you beat him in a fight. Let's talk about it if it's for a plot though.
Telepathy/Mind Read: Go for it. It isn't really known how well Dante can defend against these things because he never seems to try, which means he's not going to try against you anyways. For now I don't see any reasonable restrictions on this, so free reign to the telepaths.
Energy/Power sensing: If your character has the ability to 'see' or sense others' auras, powers, species, whatever, go ahead and find out Dante is half demon. In terms of appearance alone Dante looks human, so if your character doesn't have those abilities let's wait until he does something obviously not human before your character becomes enlightened to that fact. Characters sensitive to auras or power levels may sense when Dante releases Devil Trigger (I would imagine it is similar to releasing Bankai, as an example for our Bleach members), which should register as a concentrated flare in demonic energy.
Mind control/Puppeteering: That depends a little on how your character's skill works, but in general, expect it to meet lots of resistance. If your character has such an ability, I will decide on a case by case basis.
Poisons/Drugs: Since Dante possessive demonic regeneration and resilience, I'm going to decide that fast acting disabling poisons will work for a short time, fast acting lethal poisons will greatly weaken him or knock him out for a bit longer, slow acting anything will not work or have minimal effects. Expect Devil Trigger to neutralize anything. Of course, if you think your character (or your plot) deserves an exception, feel free to let me know.
Permission Form:
Um well Dante doesn't have abilities that are intrusive to another character's privacy or anything. He is raw combat ability and the only thing that's really in question is whether he can capture/defeat your character. So...there really isn't a form. Dante is pretty high in the food chain of combat ability so if you think your character should come out victorious, feel free to let me know :)
