my sister got me a really pimp charm bracelet for christmas. it really surprised me. i guess she doesn't hate me after all. :) holidays are doing me great. so i didn't get the black bag i've sold my soul to the bag god for...i'm okay with that. lol. naw, everything was great. i DID get the new No Doubt singles cd. (my padre likes them TOO!) breakfast w/ the southern grandparents this morning at 9:00.
got into a "schism" with the parentals this evening. actually, it was more me vs. madre. i brought up the idea of a pre-paid cell phone, and she wanted ALL the reasons i should have one EXCLUDING the fact that i'd like to keep in touch with friends. it was like i had to defend myself for wanting to make a purchase on something that really doesn't have any meaning to ME...beyond the fact that it would convenience MY life to the um(p)th degree.
AND i'd pay for it...sigh. over protective parents.
now i'm looking up prices online...for phones..looking for those "real deals."
got done watching Shogun w/ my father. (FINALLY) that is the LONGEST movie EVER! 4 discs! interesting though...
andrew is under house arrest. (more or less)

my family places a lot of emphasis on getting married. not that i'm worried about that now...
maybe that explains my dislike..no, contempt for serious highschool relationships. at least right now. rebellion?
