Having cats sleeping with us again has reminded me why Dante got sentenced to the hutch in the first place. Damn cat prowls the room, walking bodies, headboards, heads...anything that gets in his path. After one night he's been exiled from the bedroom. Sabbath is better behaved but he's still a source of soft rustling and occassional mewling. Just a bit of pacing and then you have to watch out not to squish the furry mound as you flop onto the waterbed. Also, every night Sabbath seems to wake up at 2:30 on the dot and mews to be let out. I'm having flashbacks to infants and AM feedings...and never getting a solid night's sleep.
Xbox didn't escape from the hutch. She looks cleaner and more alert this morning, and she's been eating. But the paw doesn't look any better, and the claw got broken during her escape attempts.
This morning is busy. After I get Sean on the bus I need to shower and run over to the bakery to pick up the cookies for Sean's class, then take them over to the school. Need to run cans over to recycling too.
Many presents still to be wrapped, and laundry to be folded. I can't wait till Friday. Brett has off and we're going to Marine World. I haven't been since 6 Flags bought the park and added all of the new rides. The dolphin petting exhibit sounds amazing, even if adults aren't allowed to do any petting...
