Summary: Spock/T'Pring, or the unraveling thereof.
A/N (Author's Notes): T'Pring, cold, calculating? Well, maybe on the outside (hey, she's Vulcan, she always *looks* cold!) She got a raw deal...her life was threatened by her bond-mate in TOS (he really could have made contingency plans to get home *before* plak tau). She only did what was the most logical thing considering he valued her life so little.
Will eventually feature some heavy Uhura goodness (someone has to redeem not-nice!Spock!)
Abrams verse, but the personalities, reasons for the dissolution will be consistent with TOS. And despite the subject matter, there is a lot of humor, because kids are humorous.
