Two slayers and a vampire with a soul. What a threesome we made. One would no doubt just as soon see me a pile of dust on the floor and the other.. well, I really didn't know about the other. The only thing I did now about her was that she liked to walk around without a shirt. Colorful if you ask me, but not even as colorful as the one I was

As we walked I wondered if Nick was still at Angel's haunted hotel. Still not sure what the point was of him staying there, but whatever. And King thinks I'M not useful? What good can come out of what Nick's doing? I'm SO much more productive. So what if I'm only here because Abby made me. It still counts. If I wouldn't have decided to go to the Hyperion in the first place none of the stuff that has happened since then would have happened. We wouldn't have met Angel and his group... I think that would have been a bad thing. I'll come to a complete decision on that when I get back to the Honeycomb...
We stopped and I looked at Angel curiously. Front door with the possibility of being rushed by security before we get anything done or...the sewer. Ewww. Sure, the sewers were more tactical but-but...ewww.
I know I'm going to regret this later... I'd attempt to regret it now, but its kind of hard to do so when it hasnt happened yet.
"I'll take sewers for 200, Bob." That's how much these boots cost... Ugh.

"I've got no problem taking the sewers."
This is stupid. Why didn't I just go as me? I could be difficult, then. And I sure don't care if Angel likes me, but atleast if I was annoying he'd notice me. God I can't believe everyone at Wolfram and Hart is going to see me like this!

I leaned over the uncovered hole and glanced down into it. There wasn't really much of anything other than the usual smell that tended to accompany any sewer in this city, but other than that it was clean. Motioning towards the hole, I looked back at the two slayers. "Ladies first." What? Color me a gentleman.
Once the three of us climbed down into the sewers, I took a look around and nodded forward. "This way. Shouldn't be far."

I fall in behind Nikki and Angel, my attention wandering since I hadn't been in the city's sewers in so long. I walk casually and look around. Atleast pretending I'm the quiet one leaves me alone with my thoughts, and I'm starting to realize all that time I spent talking was probably time I could have spent listening, paying attention, or taking in details.
Like the conflict in the air bettween Angel and Nikki. Usually I would have payed it no mind but now I noticed it. Maybe it was because of what they were, you know, vampire and vampire slayer, and all. Didn't bother me at all. As long as he wasn't after me I wasn't into trying to stake him. Plus I'd probably get in trouble.

I followed behind Angel as he navigated us through the sewer system. I made a huge effort not to look down at all. I'd just rather not know what I'm treading in.
"Think they'll be happy to see you back? Smiles...a cake...maybe a hug or two?" What? If I were evil I'm sure I'd still like cake as much as the next...evil thing. "Probably not, huh? Can't hurt to hope."
These people he knows on the inside probably arent Angel's beer buddies. Maybe he hit's them for information like Abby and King do to that demon-y snitch of there's. I wonder how he is...

After walking for a little less than a mile, I started to keep my eye out for the opening that would lead us up into the building. Hopefully, they hadn't decided to seal the entrance when they rebuilt everything.
"The last time I came back here, they nearly threw me a party," I said still looking up. It was basically true though wasn't it? "I think they're upset that I didn't like the dessert so don't count on hugs and cake this time around." Dessert aka the snazzy deal they threw in our faces.
Finally, I started to feel a bit of air and then saw the shaft above us. We stopped and I looked over at the two of them, raising a brow. "It's a little ways up. I can make the jump and throw something down if you need me to. Either that or jump up there yourselves."

It feels like forever before Angel stops and looks up at the opening above us. Once he offers help I clearly have no choice but to show him up and do it on my own, so I get a little start and jump up to the opening. Sure it'd be much easier for him because he's like ten feet tall or something, but I'm not about to be underestimated. I grip the rim and push the cover off, sliding up through the opening and coming right up into...mmmm...central air conditioning...
How horrible could a place be that let it's employees function in a climate controled environment like this?

Sure, it's metaphorical cake, but now I was hungry.
I rose and eyebrow as wonder woman was the first one up through the shaft. She's very...'gung-ho!' isn't she? I think I hate that... Well, since I'm not about to be shown up by miss thing...
Standing directly below the opening I bent my knees a bit then jumped up forcefully and caught the edge. After swinging there for a second or two I pulled myself up then got to my feet. I'm fine...
"Wow, evil has very nice marble flooring." I looked down at Angel curiously and smirked. "Need help?"
Well, no, he obviously didn't, but I'd figure I'd ask anyway 'cause I'm just that helpful. Yeah...that's it. 'Helpful'

First I raised my brow at Sam as she jumped up into the opening then watched as Nikki did the same. Need help? Shaking my head a bit, I jumped up into the opening and landed next to the two ‘helpful’ slayers.
“I think I’m good,” I said turning to Nikki.
Walking past the both of them I looked around the room. Funny how the entire building had changed for the most part except this room. Shrugging, I went to the door and opened it slowly and looked outside of it. Not seeing anyone, I turned back to Nikki and Sam.
“Alright, let’s go,” I said before opening the door fully. We started walking towards the lab and I frowned at a familiar ‘sense’ after we walked a ways. Was it because of Cordy and possibly Connor? For some reason I thought it wasn’t, but just shook my head still making our way to the lab.
Vampire ‘detection’ demons my ass.

I looked around, half expecting something to come out and try to kill us or alarms to go off or something...man this stunt better not end up getting me killed. That would suck.
I walked down the hall with them, my head filling up with questions I wouldn't ask. Where are we going? Who's this contact? Do I know them? Could I score big by ratting then out? Should I be sabotaging this whole mission? Exactly how much product does Angel use on his hair?

My guard probably should have been up or something, but I was too busy taking the place in. How was it that evil was capable of being so organized? The things I've fought over the years with the Nightstalkers were hardly in line for any awards for: 'We-thought-this-out-thoroughly-before-attacking! Grrr! Snarl!'
Name needs work.
I bit back the overwhelming urge to start skipping while singing 'we're off to see the wizard' because it actually frightened me that we could actually be here to see a wizard.
"Uh, are we here to see an animal, vegetable, mineral...or something ishy?"
