i know i have said this before but...
i finally have my list of schools!!!!! yey to that and no more searching until i dont get accepted by any of them!!!!!! so here it is for sure: temple-tyler school of art, virgina common wealth, rutgers-mason gross, RISD, and yale. so i guess in 6 months, if all goes well, i should be some where along the east coastish areas.... thats an odd thought. i just hope that i get in... i am trying not to be doubtful, but thats hard. i figure eh, apply and see what happens, no loss but a lot of time, effort, hard work, and lots and lots of money. on a brighter note... the opening at saint mary's was awesome! all of the art looked sooo great and seeing all of the voice to vision people again was nice. maury sang and spoke along with 2 other survivors, lucy and sabbina. it was a moving night and i heard new stories that brought me to tears. it just makes me realize how special the opportunity is to work on such an important project... i dont think that part is going to truly sink in until many years later. the show is going to be hanging for a few weeks... so you all should try to make it down there. it is in the basement gallery space at the basilica of saint marys on hennipenn... and it starts out a whole month of events there, all dealing with the holocaust. good stuff.
