I finally told my mom that I'm angry with her. I'm angry that I'm paying the price (literally) for her poor decision making skills. I know that you "can't cry over spilt milk," but that doesn't mean I can't be frustrated.
I know money was tight growing up and has gotten even tighter since, but she should have saved SOMETHING for my college education... even a thousand dollars would have helped... it sure beats zero.
