Question
Why can we mass mobilize killing troops over night, but there are still people slowly dying because of Katrina? Oh...I know why, because the government does not want to fund A RESCUE mission, they'd rather civilians reach out their hands to their fellow country man. Which is a fantastic and noble idea, and will eventually happen.....but it will be too little too late.
