Question: Do you think that they filmed the flashbacks when they originally filmed the scenes? Or do you think that they filmed the past scenes all over again to include Nicki and Paolo?
Basically, I'm asking whether or not you think the writers had planned ahead for these two characters to appear. Because the flashbacks and the story seemed pretty flawless to me.
