That was sweet. Even without having seen any of the movies. That thing with Lily Tomlin and Meryl Streep was awesome, just the way it came out. God, they're fabulous. Although I didn't really consider myself partial to anything, I'm actually pretty pissed that Bird York didn't win. I know, I must be coming off as a total bandwagon-clinging bitch.

I generally don't watch the Oscars 'cause I don't give a fuck, but Rich was watching, it was on early (like 5 p.m., hey, I'm on the left coast :) and I'd spent little enough time with him this weekend.

For the record, I DESPISE Jack Nicholson and am not interested in anything he says and does.

The only film I'd seen was Crash, and that was on video. I think it deserved it, it was an awesome film. I'm a little disappointed about DS, too but I was very pleased that "Doug Ross" won an Oscar. LOL Go George! :)

Yeah, pretty much the same for me. The Emmys I'll watch when a lot of my favorite shows are nominated, but aside from that I don't usually give 3 hours of my time for this sort of thing when I can just read the results tomorrow.

And lol about George! I was thinking the exact same thing.

I love David! He's so....wonderful. Amazing character actor. Yeah, I'm thinking a little bit of Passion Fish, how bout you? Among other things.

One time, he played a molesting priest. He freaked me out. But he was hella good.

How much do I love Jack Nicholson? And Crash was the best movie of the year, hands down.

And Bird...is my goddess.
