"For about four years I've hated this town, oh so much I just wanna get out."
It feels like my parents are only good at condemning me lately, rather than raising me up.
All I've heard lately
"Why aren't you reading your bible?"
"Matt, is your music about you or God?"
You know. I wish they could at least pretend to be proud of the fact that I'm leading worship at a youth group now.
But all they tell me is "Good, just don't lose sight of what you're doing it for. Don't let your PRIDE get in the way."
I'm numb...
