INFORMATION & POWERS

WHAT IS CERBOS?
Cerbos is, quite literally, a sentient super power created by an operative called St. David's in the 17th century. He is the first and only sentient power to have ever come into existence in his or any other Order. There is no entirely accurate description of how his existence even came to be, but it's rumored that he was actually a part of the St. David's who created him -- a chunk of his soul, if you will -- that somehow became something separate, a manifestation of his basic fears in superpower form.

He -- in the beginning only an 'it', immaterial and genderless, though he identified as male shortly after -- is impossible to kill or destroy, even when the same happens to his human hosts (the only means through which he could physically manifest). There are ways to contain him, however, provided with the proper materials and conditions.

WHAT CAN HE DO?
Cerbos is considered Lincoln's assigned superpower, the same way technopathy is Cambridge's and telepathy is Oxford's. Being completely sentient and equipped with freewill, however, Cerbos can't simply be accessed and used whenever Jack deems necessary. Being immaterial and in need of a physical body to fully manifest, Cerbos must (and can) take total control of his host's body to make full use of his own abilities:

Super-strength - Regardless of his host's physical aptitudes, the moment Cerbos is in control he can break down a wall with the same amount of effort that one would require to rip a piece of paper in two. This ability is mostly used to cause damage at a smaller scale. Four centuries have given him enough time to know every corner and quirk of his extents and limitations, so he has long lost any accident-prone tendencies. If Cerbos were required to make full use of his super-strength, he would very likely be capable of bringing down an entire building with the right amount and placement of his force.

Supernatural Intimidation - Through the use of psychic suggestion, Cerbos can use his voice to instill fear in any subjects within hearing range. Even those with the strongest mental shields have difficulty in fighting or ignoring the effects of this power that, if used without care, can cause permanent psychological damage.

Neither of these abilities will used on other characters without the player's permission.
