So, here is the thing. We have a client in the Norcross that has 7 current openings for what they call an Auditor. It is for a company that does secret shopping - really, that part is totally legit. They work with high end restaurants and stores like Target. The Auditor takes the reports that are submitted by the secret shoppers and re-edits them to be presentable to the client. They need people who have a good grasp of the english language, excellent grammar and spelling and can take the facts and reorganize them in a readable way.
Here is the catch - it is not a freelance job. They need people in their office two days a week, but the rest is work from home. However, they do require a set schedule for all of their auditors.
Typically they will train for 30 days in Norcross from 10-4. After that they'll be working 2 days a week in the office. Auditors must commit to 8 hours over the weekend and be available to work until Midnight but will have a set schedule each workday.
The problem I am having is thinking creatively about this. I need people who are flexible to work nights and weekends but also have a set schedule. I need people who are willing to go to the office in Norcross twice a week. When I think of friends who are writers, well - they are writers because they don't want a set schedule! They want to work freelance. This position is very different. $13 an hour, temp to hire.
Anyone have any creative suggestions to find the right people for this position?
