blehh.. it's not about constantly having easy-to-swallow motivational gems. but i believe even between the hard smacks there has to be a balance of positivity. a saliva of hope to keep trying and keep pushing. cause it's always easy for people to be cynical, pessimistic and eventually become jaded with the process.
if there's one thing i appreciated bout prabs, was that despite his constant piss-fests he talked about achieving greatness, and to not be scared about reaching that greatness. it appealed to peoples' emotions because it translated to people not wanting to disappoint themselves, rather than just being scared that someone might shout at them if they failed.
as much as it'd be easy to train people into troops here, they're still human beings with emotions who need nurturing and happiness and all that jazz stuffed in between. cause it'd be kinda hard to sound empathetic about human rights when you're a manufacturing line robot wouldn't it?
