For those of you who do not know already
So i got into a car accident on Monday. First one ever. Basically, the story is as follows: It was dark and raining. Amy and I were driving to Kings for pasta sauce and parm. I was in the center lane to make the left into the parking lot. The left hand lane going the other direction was all backed up and a woman stopped to left me through. i started turning when a truck that was in the right hand lane (which i had forgotten even existed and was apparently not backed up) hit into the passenger side of the car. I had some cuts on my head and hand, Amy has a broken collar bone but we are both okay. Police, firetrucks (3) and an ambulance showed up, the had to cut the door open to get Amy out and i rode in the ambulance with her. We were in the emergency room for about 3 hours while they did some x-rays and stuff like that. Her arm is in a sling since you can't put a cast on a collarbone.
The car is definately fucked, though. I will try to get a picture of it when i drop off the title at the palce where it got towed so that they can junk it. Anybody have a car that runs that they are looking to sell?
