So, I'm realizing that I've set myself up to read a whole bunch of materials that I would have wanted to read anyway - eventually - and probably would never have gotten to. That's a good thing, but there's this amazing effect that comes from being required to do something: when I first got my books, way before classes, I was really excited to read
