Took an exam in my Legendary Rome class today - free until Spring Break! I am guessing that I will get about an 80, we'll see. The ridiculous class assigns more readings than I could possibly complete on a weekly basis. Also, Jason and I are going to start eating vegetarian, effective March 3. (So, I mean, we already started.)

I always WANTED to read what classes assigned... but I never really made myself read anything. Be careful eating vegetarian as I have come to realize that Morning Star farm brand and Boca brand meatless meats have a shit-ton of sodium in them. But good luck!

Being a vegetarian doesn't necessarily mean being a fake-ivore... I am making fruit salad, macaroni salad, carrots $ ranch dip, and butter bread for our picnic tomorrow. Also, we might get a new foster dog in exchange for Chef this Saturday. Cheryl (my boss) has a mom and nine puppies at her house and the mom really needs to be separated from the puppies or her milk won't dry up. And Tina Conrad (a foster home) wants an active dog to keep her current foster, a german shepard named Beauty, company. So she might get Chef, and we might get the quiet mom dog. Yikes! I don't want to lose our 67 lb baby boy! But he really needs more exercise. Oh, well. Tomorrow is DOG PARK DAY, yippee! We're bringing a picnic. You guys should get a dog just so you can go to the dog park, because it is SO MUCH FUN.
