I am eating carrots right now. When you guys come to visit, Jason and I will make smoothies for you. We have them a couple of times a day, sometimes in replacement of a meal. If Lisa can drink soy milk, rice milk, or hemp seed milk we could use those instead of yogurt. Do you guys have favorite fruits?
