Wow Anne, That was an incredible chapter. Poor Kevin, I did begin to feel a bit sorry for him.
I loved how when Luke felt Noah losing consciousness he tried to keep him awake with talk of what they would do when all this was over and producing some very erotic imagesLOL and I quote...

He imagined himself stretched out on top of Noah in the long flowing grass of a meadow; their bodies perfectly aligned as they moved together as one. The erotic warmth of having his lover beneath him matched only by the glorious warmth of the sun on his back. The crystal blue of Noah’s eyes reflected perfectly the cloudless blue of the sky.

Thank goodness they've reached relative safety and there are some welcome and familiar faces to boot.
Let's hope Lord Calderon and his army can keep Grimaldi away while Noah recovers and then they can decide on a course of action.

This story is beyond amazing! With every chapter I'm holding my breath to see what will happen! It's gorgeous to read how Luke takes care of Noah; talking to keep him lucid and getting him to the outpost!

I'm glad that they boys have found safety for the moment and that Noah can get the medical attention he so desperately needs. I am surprised that Kevin didn't confess to helping Luke and Noah. I hope he will continue to keep his mouth shut. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Yeah - I kinda thought they needed a bit of a break. They deserved it.

Kevin was on the verge of breaking but I think seeing what Damian had done to Luke and Noah shocked him. He didn't fully realise the consequences of his actions until then so he wanted to make amends.
