i dont have much to say now that i work at best buy, there isnt much to complain about. school has started. (yay) just kidding.
there is nothing to do when casey is away :(
yesterday i had a lady call me at best buy because she couldnt figure out how to install AIM on her computer. first of all, no one should have let her buy the computer because if i can install AIM, then a monkey could install it. i walked her through the process twice and she asked me what an icon was. can i kill myself? i passed the call onto josh, who passed it onto hofler, who gave it to frank who hung up on her.
what an idiot.
that's all i have to say.
