so i think i really really really like the click five. they're just so poppy.
i went to the grocery store today, and the person scanning my items was named ruby. and she said something to me and then i said, don't take your love to town. and she definitely didnt get it. but it amused me.
okay so today, my mom's side of the family is over. ford, lindsey, and hannah are all seniors this year. i like my cousins a lot. umm ... so i was talking to hannah about music and i was like yeah, killers, the bravery, futureheads... i like a lot of post punky stuff. and then my mom comes in and starts talking about the click five (i made her listen to it. its mom friendly music) and hannah was like yeah i like the click five but umm thats not really anything punk. and i was like yeah i know its powerpop... and she was like is that the kind of music that you like? i don't know if you've heard of them, but i really like panic! at the disco... and i was like omg me too! i love their titles - the only difference between suicide and martyrdom is press coverage, lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking off her clothes... so yeah, we spent awhile talking about music. and it was good.
so yeah click five concert in indy dec. 14th. i want to go. but i cant find tickets. and i am mad.
oh, and we talked about the click five. apparently, two of them are from indy (the lead singer and the drummer), and one of them went to hannah's high school (the drummer). aww there's an interview about them. and eric chose peyton over reggie and joey chose reggie. they both like the children's museum over the zoo. tom cruise is one of eric's favorite actors. awwww this is adorable. i think i like the band even more now....
in other news, thanksgiving was good and i am stuffed...
