Is this the only opportunity to watch the Browncoats: Redemption film? Or is there going to be another opportunity to support this great charitable cause?

As of right now this was the only time and space that I had available in any of the host hotels. If something frees up and I can move I will do what I can to make that happen.
I would think there would be a more Firefly/Serenity/Browncoat events surrounding the premiere of Browncoat: Redemption and it really should be in a prominent time like Saturday night, this film is an amazing accomplishment, we should be celebrating all weekend!
All true but remember that there are 5 other Joss Whedon fandoms that we have to provide programming for. It is was all about Firefly and the Redemption all weekend I would be alienating thousands of other fans.
It doesn't have to be all about Firefly/Serenity though it has the... more exciting cast/guest line up at least (LP?!?)
So Friday night we get to watch other people perform other people's performances... Saturday night is the Shindig that would be even better after a BCR screening; to celebrate (or drown our sorrows) and all of Sunday programming is in the smaller Whedon room except for Sean, who do we kindly email to request a bigger better room on Sunday at least
The person that you would email is me. Wayne Hutchinson. The Track Director for the Whedon Universe Track. info@whedonuniverse.com Although please note that I have already received 50+ emails on this issue in the last two days informing me that the current BCR time slot is unpopular and I am already working on responding to those messages and doing everything within my power to address the situation. Let's have a little patience and see what can happen if anything in the next couple of weeks.
We will have copies of Browncoats: Redemption at our booth at Dragon*Con available as a gift for donation beginning Friday. DVD's are received as a gift for your donation to help five charities created or supported by the Big Damn Heroes. One of them, the Dyslexia Foundation, is Dragon*Con Whedon Track Guest Jewel Staite's chosen charity.
Given the success of our panel last year and Wayne's interviewing of our cast during our rehearsals, I'm sure there's a very understandable reason why Browncoats: Redemption doesn't play a larger part in the Whedon track given this is the fifth anniversary of Serenity on the Big Screen. I have hopes, given he's stated that "Remember that all events are tentative and subject up to and including at Dragon*Con" Wayne will find a place for us if a slot comes open.
