Round 5: "Echo" [Unaired Dollhouse Pilot]

This is my first time doing a 20in20, and thankfully, it was much less stressful than I anticipated! I'd like to give a shout to all_at_once, whose coloring tut has finally helped me achieve the bright and vibrant colors that I've been seeking to produce in my icons!

Any concrit or feedback is welcome, so please don't be afraid to tell me what you think!

I have to admit that I love hoe "assembly" came out, too! That's the last one I made, and I was very nervous about having to use a stock picture and lyrics, but it all came together well in the end. Thanks so much for your awesome comment, my dear!

Also, pretty much all credit for coloring goes to all_at_once, without whose tut my pieces would have been much duller! Fooling with her Spike tut is about the funnest thing I've done all week! :)

I'm always nervous when I have to include that much. (Luckily) I'm not participating this round, so I just get to watch the goodies :D

I went and looked at that tut and it looked awesome. I'll be trying it out next month when I have some time ^^

Yeah, it's my first time doing one of these challenges, and I was all stressed out at first, but I managed to whip these together rather quickly.

I'm sure you'll find lots of use for the tut I mentioned. I didn't follow it exactly, but then again, I really shouldn't anyway if the point is to be creative and unique, right?

Yeah, I love looking at different tuts and using elements from all of them :) If everyone made the same icon, nothing would be new and fresh. I have seen icons were I can see the tut they made it from. So even if the icon is great, it wasn't original at all.

Sometimes, I won't change much if I just wanna make a simple piece with pretty coloring and cropping. When I'm entering an icontest though, I try to change something drastically, so it'll be fresh and new!
