Round Eleven :: Themes/Category
Results for Round 10 will be posted tomorrow.
Since themes for Round 11 weren't posted until today, you will have until midnight (at the end of the day) on June 24th to complete your sets! (I will be out of town on the 20th, so this works out in any case.

+ You must be signed up for Round 11 to participate.
+ Challenge will end on the 24th at midnight PST.
+ ICON POSTS MUST BE PUBLIC UNTIL VOTING IS CLOSED. You are allowed to either post here to the community, or at your own journal/icon journal.
+ Icons must all be new and made specifically for this challenge.
+ Icons must fit LJ standards. NO ANIMATION.
+ Let's keep things around PG-13, please.
+ Post with only 3 teaser icons. (*channels Monty Python* "3 shall be the number of the teasers, and the number of the teasers shall be 3.") Everything else should be below a cut or after a link.
+ Important: Please try and comment the other posts. You know how much you enjoy receiving feedback, so be sure to give as well as just waiting to receive. ;)
Your first 10 icons will illustrate the following themes:

1. FANCY MEETING YOU HERE -- Show a Whedon alum in any non-Whedon show.
2. LET'S DO BRUNCH -- Show a character eating or drinking, or use text to refer to eating/drinking.
3. PRETTY COLORS! -- Bright colorful icons. The icon I used for this entry is a great example. (by cheekanzoop)
4. LIGHTS OUT! -- No colors! Black & white & gray all over.
5. DO THE MATH -- Your icon should feature some sort of equation, numbers, or mathematical symbols.
6. BECAUSE I SAID SO -- Revisiting marshmallow's 'TOUGH LOVE' theme with this cap: Cap: HERE. You MUST use this cap to make your icon. Other caps/textures/text/etc are allowed as long as it is very clear that you used this cap.
7. SAY IT, DON'T SPRAY IT -- TEXT ONLY. Stock pics are okay, but no caps or pictures of the actors.
8. WITCHY WOMAN -- Your icon should be of Tara from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. If you are unfamiliar with the character/show, I can provide caps for you to choose from.
9. FANDOM JUMBLE -- Crossover a Whedon show with a NON-Whedon show.
10. MUSIC TO MY EARS -- Use at LEAST four words from "EXTRAORDINARY" BY LIZ PHAIR
Your next 5 icons will fit into the following category:

This set should either focus on FIVE different parts of ONE character's body, or ONE part of FIVE different character's bodies.
For example: River's eyes, River's legs, River's mouth, River's hair, & River's arms.
|OR| River's eyes, Simon's eyes, Buffy's eyes, Adelle's eyes, Dr. Horrible's eyes.
Keep it clean, peeps. lol.
