Just got in from the party at Christina's. I left early since I have work in a little less than 7 hours and want to get a decent amount of sleep. I haven't updated in a while so I'll just do a couple quick snippets on the different areas of life.I finally feel like I've reconnected with those I neglected to spend as much time as I would have liked to in highschool. It's good to have legitimate friends in Wilmington again, rather than only have close friends in Bear, Middletown, and elsewhere in DE and PA.Everything at work is going extremely well. I get stuff done while balancing it out with enough of my shenanigans for it to be a good time.The band is going extraordinarily well. We've finished a majority of the album and are really just trying to get the last little bit finished at this point. We bought a yellow van (shaggin' wagon) and are about to order our first batch of shirts. We only have one show booked for now, but it's on January 19th down at the Delaware City Fire Hall if anyone is interested in going.School starts soon. I can't wait. I kind of feel like my life is on hold until then.My heart is still rolling around in the pit of my chest and I'm having trouble figuring out what it takes to fix it. I keep hurting other people while trying to find love again and it's making me feel terrible. I wish I could just stumble onto someone and have my jaw hit the floor and my heartbeat double at first sight. It happened once, and I wish it would just happen again. I'm exhausted. I don't think it will be nearly as easy to fall in love the second time around, although I know it will happen.I finally got a hoodie that fits. Nay, Jamie, his brother and I went to Philly today and I picked up this fantastic hoodie from American Apparel. They didn't have the one I wanted, but I settled for the one I got and it's proven to be a solid decision. I still think I'm going to order the one I initially wanted.Christina and Nikki's party was fun. I had to stop and buy a shirt though since I don't have anything dressy. It was good to see a lot of old faces and people I needed to catch up with. Alise, it's always a pleasure. Same to Jamie, Zander, Chris, Doug, Jake, Tyler, PJ, etc, etc, etc, and so on, and so forth.The hot chocolate party at Jimmy's was a lot of fun. I didn't drink any hot chocolate, but I spilled banana shit on my new shirt and threw fossilized marshmallows everywhere. Good times. Good times.
