(no subject)
I haven't posted a legitimate update in a while. Things are going pretty well, although some things could be better. I'm waiting on financial aid crap before I can register for classes and that's beginning to stress me out. Thanksgiving went rather well, although I'm regretting not going to my cousin's in Richmond, VA because my grandmother fell down the steps the following Saturday and I'd like to have seen her before the incident. She's alright, but in a wheelchair and in physical therapy. She doesn't need surgery although she does have a broken shoulder, cracked hip, etc.
My parents and mommom are breathing down my neck about what I want for Christmas. The only thing I can think of that's not over $300 are a new pair of shoes that I was planning on buying myself in the near future.
Other than them, everything is incredibly expensive and it would be unrealistic to think I would actually get any of them (Xbox 360, Roland SH-201, and so on and so forth).
This past saturday we pulled a double-header. We played the grange, packed up, peaced out, and went up to a much cleaner, better organized, and more respectable show in Spring City, PA. I've got a great video of the second show if anyone would like to see it. I'm sure I'll be putting it online shortly.
Petsmart is working out really well, Taco Tuesday was pleasant, and I'm finally feeling like myself again. That doesn't mean I have my life back though. There's still a fist sized hole in my chest that I can't seem to fill. I fear I'm going to leave a long trail of people hurt as I wait for her. I've accepted that. I live by my own standards.
