so much time lost. so much effort wasted. everything has it's overhead, even life. i laugh sometimes at how other people view certain aspects of my life as a joke. i laugh even more when i consider those same parts a joke as well. its been a long time since there was anything serious to remind me what it is that we're doing here. longer than you might think.

good company last night. in a world where so many people are so boring, it's nice to be surprised, every once and again. lazy privacy is a wonderful thing. too bad these things don't happen to me more often. i can't wait to have a house next year.

i was going to talk about my amazon.com interview tomorrow, but i'll wait until after that's over.
