oatmeal_peril "What is your problem, Eunhyuk-ah!" Youngwoon whispered harshly.
Hyukjae chuckled and walked off knowing full well that Youngwoon would follow him.
"I think we need to have a nice chat somewhere private," Hyukjae suggested, gesturing towards the empty classroom. Youngwoon had no other choice but to follow him.
Hyukaje wasn't in the mood of making people comfortable, he slammed the door shut as soon as Youngwoon had entered the room.
"You don't scare me Eunhyuk, you have the presence of a paper bag," Youngwoon said folding his arms across his chest.
Hyukjae nodded to himself, "sure insult me, it's the lowest form of wit, isn't it..? I don't think you are in the position to get cocky with me, Youngwoon-ah."
Youngwoon saw red, no one had ever had the balls to disrespect him; no one felt the need. He was well liked by everyone. The only person who visably had a problem with him was Hyukjae; he had always been friendly with Jungsu and Ryeowook but when it came to Youngwoon, Hyukjae always seemed to pass snide remarks or throw dark looks across classrooms to him.
Youngwoon raised his fist to the younger's face.
"Are you sure you want to do that?"
Youngwoon hesitated before putting his fist back down.
"You're right, I don't want to give you the satisfaction."
Hyukjae sat on the desk and pulled out a packet of cigerettes, "want one?"
Youngwoon shook his head, "I don't smoke anymore, it's bad for you."
Hyukjae couldn't hide his amusement, "yeah and we don't do anything thats bad for us do we Youngwoon?"
"What are you getting at?"
Hyukjae took a long drag on his cigerette, "you of all people have no right to say what it is good or bad for us."
"...Look, I don't have time for your shitty games. I have got to go to practice"
Hyukjae quickly grabbed Youngwoon's bag, "yeah, don't forget your bag"
As Youngwoon went to take it, Hyukjae tipped it all over the floor, the contents spilling everywhere, the younger man bent down to pick up a tiny bottle that stood out among the papers and books.
"Depo-Testoterone...last time I checked, Youngwoon, steroids were illegal to use in sports and I am sure coach would have something to say about his almighty captain."
Youngwoon tried to grab the bottle out Hyukjae's hand, "it's not what it looks like."
"You see...I think it is exactly what it looks like."
Youngwoon had no other choice but to listen to Hyukjae now; his schlorship depended on it.
"What do you want?"
Hyukjae didn't have to think about it, "I want to be on the football team"
Youngwoon laughed, "but you can't even play football."
"In fact, I want to be the captain of the team."
"I can't perform miracles!" Youngwoon shouted angrily.
"Well, you had better start learning or else someone might come across your little secret and we know how hard you worked for the scholorship," Hyukjae said, looked at the bottle in his hand before throwing it back at the older, "I'll catch you later."
Youngwoon quickly grabbed his things from the floor, shoving them in to his bag and ran out of the room.
*****
It had been a week since Youngwoon had the discussion with Hyukjae and it was all he thought about; he couldn't get coach to put Hyukjae on the team because he refused him when he first tried out.
Youngwoon sat staring out of the window in the canteen.
"Hyung, you haven't been eating all week whats a matter?" Ryeowook asked, sounding worried.
"Oh, em, nothing... I'm just not feeling too good."
Jungsu pressed the back of his hand to Youngwoon's head, "you're not warm-"
Youngwoon cleared his throat and pushed his hyung's hand away, "I'm going to go to the bathroom-"
"Hi hyung!" Hyukjae said as he bounded up to Youngwoon, he rested his hand on his shoulder applying a little pressure.
Youngwoon winced as Hyukjae waved to the others.
"Did you do it?" Hyukjae whispered so only Youngwoon heard.
"I tried...But he wasn't having any of it."
"Not good enough! If I can't be on the team then you shouldn't be either."
"Wait-"
Hyukjae quickly snatched Youngwoon's bag away from him and stood on top of table in full view of everyone.
"Everyone, can I have your attention please!"
The canteen became silent in seconds, all eyes on Hyukjae whilst Hyukjae's eyes were on Youngwoon.
"There is something you all need to know!"
"Please don't do this," Youngwoon hissed.
Hyukjae continued, "Youngwoon over here, yes, you all know him; people's prince, has a little secret," he said as he reached into Youngwoon's bag and pulled out the little bottle, "you didn't even get rid of it?" He smirked.
Youngwoon was stuck, he didn't know what to do. His body was slowly filling with rage.
"You may be wondering what this is, well, Youngwoon has had a little help whilst playing football. He is not as good all you thought; this bottle you can see in my hands, he injects the contents into himself just before each and every game."
The whole canteen gasped and Youngwoon could hear people whispering, eyes burning into him.
"So, every game the team won, it wasn't fair. If the board found out about him, the school would get their winning titles stripped away, as well as the competition money revoked."
Youngwoon sat with his head in his hands.
"Your brilliant, lovable Youngwoon is a cheat and liar and doesn't deserve to have his schlorship."
That was it, Youngwoon had had enough he jumped to his feet and grabbed Hyukjae by the collar, dragging him off the table
"You fucking bastard, you got it all wrong!" He pulled his fist back and landed a satisfying punch in Hyukjae's face.
Jungsu ran to Youngwoon's side "Stop it! please stop!" He begged
"You don't understand, he got it all wrong! I have been sick lately and I couldn't perform and we had a big game-" Youngwoon was cut off by his coach pulling him by the scruff of his neck.
"My office now!"

"Hyung, I need to sit down, we have been walking for ages," Ryeowook whined.
"I know Wookie, just a little bit futher then we can rest okay?" Jungsu said as he put his arm around Ryeowook's shoulder and hugged him tightly.
They had been on the run for three days, they never asked each other why they were specifically on the run, they just knew that it wasn't safe for them to be at home right now with police swarming about like wasps and class mates willing to say anything to give them their fifteen minutes of fame.
The sun was beating down on them.
"Why didn't you take your car to school, Youngwoon-ah?" Jungsu asked.
"Because I didn't think I would get chased by police officers! And...my mum took my car keys away from me because I got kicked off the team." Youngwoon could help but crack a smile at the last part. Even he thought it was pathetic.
Ryeowook slumped on the roadside "where are we going to go?"
Jungus and Youngwoon looked at each other and then sat on either side of him.
"We will find somewhere," Jungsu said has he pulled Ryeowook into another hug.
"After this mess has blown over, we will go back but we can't at the moment, no one will believe a word we say." Youngwoon added.
Youngwoon pulled out his wallet and examined the contents "I have enough for a few nights in a low key hotel."
******
"Sir, they have slipped off the radar; after the last cash withdrawel they seem to have vanished."
Siwon sat back in his chair, "I don't want any excuses! These kids know something...Find them!"
"I'll see if we missed anything on the CCTV."
"Yes go do that!" Siwon said angrily as the young police officer ran down the hallway.
He picked up the picture of him and Hankyung on their last holiday smiling happily.
After another night of interruptions he was more frustrated than ever. Even though Hankyung put on a brave face, Siwon could see that his job was affecting them.
He loved Hankyung so much; but when he wanted to show it the job always stopped him, he sighed and put the picture back on the desk.
"Don't get so down Siwon-ah, we will find them," said a leggy, slender copper haired man who sat down opposite Siwon.
"I trust you will Zhou Mi. Do you have any more information on Hyukjae's whereabouts before he was murdered?"
"Ahh, this is where I become your bestfriend and you will love me forever right?" Zhou Mi teased.
"Just tell me," Siwon snapped, he had no time for games
"Spoil sport! Well, anyway, Hyukjae was heard having an argument with another male around eight o'clock the night before."
"Do you have any hint of who it could be?"
"Hey, I came up with the goods, you are meant to be the leading man on this case," Zhou Mi smiled.
"Well thanks for that, I'll start asking around. By the way, if anything comes up tonight can you deal with it?"
Zhou Mi giggled, "you know me, always willing to help a friend in need."

"Why won't he answer me? I just want to know if he is okay," Donghae sobbed.
A smaller boy wound his arm around his waist and hugged him tightly, " I know, Ryeowook won't answer my calls either."
Ever since the three boys disappeared, Donghae had to put on a brave face for his family and at school. He was the victim of endless taunts and whispers; even the teachers were nervous around him.
He knew Youngwoon would never hurt anybody on purpose; he wanted his brother back. He knew Youngwoon could stop his mother's endless cries at night and he knew he could stop people picking on him.
Donghae looked at Henry "we need to help them, they couldn't hurt anyone."
"I know that and you know that and Sungmin-hyung and Kibum-hyung know that but how does anybody else know that? They all saw Youngwoon punch Hyukjae, they know what he did to Jungsu and Ryeowookie. Everyone will say they have the biggest motive."
They both knew that helping them was going to be difficult. Very difficult.
