September, make like a tree and leaf!
I love love love the fact that it is now October!! Time for a new default icon!! This one is appropriate because of the current weather status where I am. It's been raining and pouring on and off for days! But today was not too bad.
This look was actually not previously planned and was inspired randomly when I was reading some fashion blogs this morning. I completely stole this look without the coat of course! The coat was my eye catching addition. The shoes are my granny sneakers.
It's getting easier for me to pull together looks with less effort. So I planned on hemming a dress today so I hacked off a good chunk of the bottom and attempted to hem it but the sewing machine freaked out on me ridiculously and then sputtered and died. It was depressing and frustrating but then I decided to cut the bottom a little bit evener and now it looks cute even without a hem. I will eventually hem it most likely but I'm not against wearing it hemless. It's so cute.
There's a mystery kid at the place where I take voice lessons and I may talk to him next week. Who knows?? I'll update you I guess. Tomorrow's outfit should be exciting!
A good swapping pal of mine actually is sending me an amazingly cute dress for basically nothing. I'm so excited!!!! It's so pretty and she gave me first dibs. I felt special. I at first had won a cardigan off of ebay but then the seller snagged it by accident so it's no longer mine. But she was nice enough to refund everything and let me know so I'm glad. Gah! I NEED A CRANBERRY CARDIGAN!
Uhh .... yeah okay. Sorry 'bout that. Well, it's time for me to start that homework. [I need to work on these crazy sleeping patterns ASAP, this is getting ridiculous!]
