Don't take this as smothering, but I'm instituting bi-weekly meetings. I'm not trying to "check up" on you. You don't even have to talk about anything you've done on the Barge, if you don't want to.
We need face time. We can't spend all our time talking over the journals, and I want to get to know you personally.
These will start next week. I'm not going to punish you if you don't come, I'll just find you and tie you to a chair and make you sit there until I decide the meeting's over. Which might seem like punishment in and of itself, but it won't be unless you make it so.
