I do not use weapons unless they are used against me first. Though, after yesterday, I see that it may be wise to carry one myself. I will not always be able to turn an attacker's weapon against them.
I have blades and a pistol in my room. I used these for training and for target practice in my world. I will carry the gun and a knife with me. You need other knives for the rest of this team, you may have them.
Look, it's not my place to tell you what you can and can't do around here, but in future I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't go around attacking inmates, whether they deserve it or not. Perpetuating the cycle of violence will only do just that: lead to more violence, not to mention give the inmates reasons to hate the wardens. Our job is to prevent fights, not start them.

If you have nothing to worry about from Rayne, you have nothing to worry about from me. She and I see eye-to-eye on many thing, it seems, and she is on staff.
I did what I did because I made myself very clear before he hurt her, very clear indeed, and Rose thanked me when I made this promise to Charlie. Had she asked me to keep out of it? I would have.

Fine. I do not agree, but I will make a deal with you.
You say everyone deserves the chance to help out on this team, ja? Warden or inmate. Yet you make 'retro-active' judgments of my character before I am given my first chance to work on this team.
Give me my chance, as you promised to begin with, and you shall not regret it. I will play by your rules.

If you're going to be that volatile all the time, I'm not sure I can have you on security.

I don't care who thanked you or gave you permission, you hurt someone who wasn't doing anything to anyone at the time. That's not okay.

Once we get enough people, I'd like to have two to a shift anyway.

Uh. I'm sorry.
I won't do that... I don't really care... whose... company you prefer.
