There was a game my dad had for the Playstation. I -think- the main character was a dinosaur type thing, and you ran around the world. There were parts that was a cave and sometimes you had to jump over lava. There were other little creatures that you interacted with. There was a "level" where you entered a river race and I think that was just for earning points. The most unique thing about it was that you had to buy Gummi Savers (I think this was like, sponsored by Lifesavers or something) of different colors and use them during different levels as sort of trampolines to jump to different parts. I think you bought these Gummi Savers from a hut with a Tiki guy. But yes. I definitely remember the Gummi savers.
