[Buffy heads on down to the bar after talking to Sam. She's sitting at one corner of the bar so she can see everything and she's managed to talk the bartender into leaving the bottle of tequila with her. There's a bowl of sliced limes and a salt shaker next to the bottle. She's also doing shots of something that's electric blue--thanks Faith for introducing her to something that will actually get a slayer drunk on less than a whole bottle.]

[Sam takes a second before leaving, mostly just to make sure his pistol's loaded and ready for that just-in-case mentality that comes mandatory with venturing to the Underground. Though if tequila still tastes how he remembers it, packing heat might not be the best idea tonight. Oh well.

Once he's at the bar, it doesn't take long to find where Buffy's sitting at the bar. A small little grin spreads across his face; they never really hang out like this and he's pretty sure that he'll be making a fool of himself by the end of the night. And why not? With the lives they lead, they can use every break they get, and this one is welcome like nobody's business.

Sam saunters over, making sure not to come in contact with any of the bar's other patrons on the way, and takes a seat on the stool next to her. He raises a finger to the bartender for another shot glass, then turns to her with a friendly smile.]
