[In that same clinical tone she used to report on the Aztec incident:]
On April 11th, my inmate, Amanda Young, attacked fellow inmate Mark Hoffman, presumably from behind. She was apprehended by Angelica Sexby in the inmate showers, whereupon her clothing was removed and Young relocated to level zero.
Clothing has been inspected. Weapon of choice was a razor blade, which was subsequently discovered in the insole of her right boot.
Young's room has been under regular inspection, and it is suspected that there may be another inmate who has agreed to hide makeshift weapons for her.
Recommended course of action: maximum stay in level zero, restricted access to all superfluous activities, heightened security.

I was not present at the time of the attack, as I was instead distracted by a poker game.
I apologize to my fellow wardens for my negligence. It won't happen again.
